Evaluation tab

The Evaluation (Evaluation Summary) highlights departments with unfavorable performance based on key productivity metrics defined on the DeptList tab for FTEs, Salary Expense, and Rates.

Use this tab to quickly identify departments that may require further review.

The tab flags departments based on the following variance thresholds:

• FTE Variance is unfavorable by 2% or greater.

• Salary Expense Variance is unfavorable by 10% or greater.

• Average Hourly Rate Variance is unfavorable by 4% or greater.

The Department Management Productivity report includes the following tabs:

• DeptList (Department Management report)

• JobCode Detail (Department Jobcode and Employee Detail)

• PayType Detail
