Evaluation tab

The Evaluation tab on the Department Management Productivity report shows a summary of departments that are unfavorable to the conditional rules that you set on the DeptList tab for FTEs, Salary Expense, and Rates. This tab presents those departments that require additional review.

The following list includes the conditional format rules:

• FTE Variance is unfavorable by 2% or greater.

• Salary Expense Variance is unfavorable by 10% or greater.

• Average Hourly Rate Variance is unfavorable by 4% or greater.
