EntityStatistic table

Use the EntityStatistic table to populate the statistic values that are used to calculate operational peer-group comparisons using entity benchmark values in performance reports, such as the Budget Income Summary report.

Security Access

This table is accessible in the Management Reporting Admin Task Pane for the Management Reporting Admin Role.

Navigation

Admins can update the EntityStatistic table in \Axiom\Table Library\Budgeting\System Setup.

Set up the EntityStatistic table

1. Select EntityStatistic from the Table field.

   

   NOTE: Clear the Open read only check box to make any edits to the table.

2. Click OK to open and edit the table.

   

The following table lists the options available:

Column	Description
Entity	Enter the Axiom entity code associated with the Entity Statistic.
ReferenceYear	Enter the fiscal year associated with the statistic.
StatDescription	Enter a description of the statistic.
StatValue	Enter the entity statistic value associated with the entity benchmarks from the Benchmark_Entity table.
