Insert new exception

Add new exceptions A custom rule that defines how a specific account is calculated when the default setup does not apply. to the 42 Budget Stat Acct driver.

1. Double-click Double Click to Insert New Exception(custom rule).

2. Enter the number of rows to insert.

3. Select values for Dept, Acct, Driven By Department and Driven By Account:

   • Double-click + Select Dept and choose a department.

   • Double-click + Select Acct and choose an account.

   NOTE: The Driven By fields define which statistic (like visits or admissions) used to calculate the account. The system uses that statistic, along with other calculation logic, to determine the account's value.

4. To save changes, right-click the driver tab and select Save > Save Data Only.

This table describes the columns in the 42 Budget Stat Acct driver.

Column	Description
Dept	The department that is using the statistic driver from the Driven By Department and Driven By Account combination.
Acct	The account that is using a statistical driver the Driven By Department and Driven By Account combination.
Description	The name of the selected account.
Driven By Department	The department that provides the statistic driver.
Driven By Account	The account that provides the statistic driver.
Driver Description	The name of the statistic or activity used as the driver.
Budget Group	The budget group associated with the row.
