Add a new department and job code
Add a new department and job code to the Global Labor Premium Dollars driver.

Double-click Double-Click to Insert a New Dept & JobCode.

Select a department and job code.

Click OK.

To save changes, right click the driver tab and select Save > Save Data Only.
This table describes the Global Labor Premium Dollars columns.

| Dept | The department to which the budgeted or actual amount is applied. |
| Jobcode | A code that identifies a specific job role or position used to group and budget labor costs. |
| Paytype | A category, represented by a pay code, that identifies the type of pay-such as regular pay or overtime pay-used to budget and report labor costs. |
| Description | Name of the department. |
| FY [year] Actual | Actual amount for labor premium dollars recorded for the fiscal year. |
| FY [year] Budget | The total amount budgeted for the fiscal year shown in the column header. |
| FY [year] YTD Actual | The actual amount of labor premium dollars recorded from the start of the fiscal year through the current period. |
| FY [year] CY Projected |
Projected labor premium dollars for the current year |
| Projected | The projected total amount of labor premium dollars for the fiscal year based on current-year actuals and planned updates entered for the remainder of the year. |
| Spread Tag |
Controls how the annual budget amount is distributed across the fiscal year. Choose Previous Input Default setting which allows custom budget values in specific months. or Prior Year Projected Used the Projected Total and spreads the amount evenly over 12 months.. |

Next Year FY [year] Budget |
The total amount budgeted for the next year. This value represents the full-year budget and is distributed across the monthly budget columns. |

Next year depreciation budget allocated to the selected month. Monthly values roll up to the Next Year FY budget total. |
