Global Revenue Budget

Use this driver to budget all dollars centrally for specific revenue accounts without opening individual budget plan files. Common uses include Other Operating revenue and Inter-company allocations.

New Global Revenue Budget account data auto-populates the Stat_Rev tab of the budget plan file.

Settings

Before configuring driver settings, complete the following:

  1. Go to Admin > Admin Task Panes > Budget Admin > View Dimension Tables.

  2. Open the ACCT dimension table and set the StdLine values (for example, KHAStdLine) to GlobalRevenue.

Now configure the driver setings.

  1. Open the driver. The Refresh Variables window appears.

  2. (Optional) Choose a budget group.

  3. Choose a standard line value. The selected value appears in the drivers KHACDimGrp column.

  4. Continue configuring the driver fields.

  • To add a new department, double-click Double Click to Insert New Dept, then enter the number of rows to add.

  • A zero (0) in the IsAddNewCalcMethod column indicates a historical record. A value of 1 indicates a new record.

  1. (Optional) Click Refresh Data to view the latest Global Revenue Budget information.
