Process budget plan files

Processing budget plan files populates the file with data from the preloaded Axiom database.

1. Go to Admin > Admin Task Panes > Budget Admin > Prepare Budget Plan Files and double-click Build & Process Budget Plan Files to view the Axiom Scheduler - Build & Process Budget Files.

2. Go to Tasks > Process Plan Files.

3. (Optional) In Task Details, go to Plan Files < Use filter to add filters. Filters let you process specific plan files, such as Entity or Dept.

4. To process the plan files, click Run Once from the menu.
